A virtual field trip in/to Southeast Asia with the Department of Fine Art at Monash University, co-designed by Yap Sau Bin. Through March to May 2022, we were hosted by artists, collective/collaborative organisations, curators and institutions around the region in a series of four Zoom meet-ups, exploring themes of Collective Methodologies, Institutional Ambitions/Curatorial Frameworks, Art & Community, Artists at Work and trailed around art scenes through the personal lens of local Fried Rice Guides, getting new recipes and food recommendations along the way.
